Making equity work understandable and doable.
At CORE we support organizations in the examination of their systems; including structures, policies, practices, and beliefs that may perpetuate systemic racism and result in unequal outcomes. We train, coach, support, and provide insight to leaders and staff through a journey of improvement enabling them to identify their system’s impact and to create positive change for their most underserved populations.
Mission: Facilitate systems change to ensure access, representation, and opportunities for all.
Vision: Systems grounded in fairness and justice that prioritize equal outcomes for all.
